Enhance Your Curbside Pickup to a specific Shipping Service

Please include your initial order ID in the note section prior of placing your order.

You have the option to upgrade your curbside pickup order to a specific shipping service, provided it has not yet been collected. 

Please follow these steps strictly:

1. Please add this item to your cart, then navigate to your cart and click on the item name you just added. This will bring you back to this page, allowing you to follow the remaining instructions.

2. Please ensure that this is the only item in your cart, and refrain from adding any additional items at this time.

3. Now, return to the initial order confirmation email you received from us and click on the "View your order / reorder" button. This will take you to your order page.

4. In the top right corner of the order page, select the "Buy again" button. This action will add all items from your initial order to your cart, along with the "UPGRADE - SHIPPING" item.

5. Please leave a note with your initial order ID, confirm our terms, and proceed to checkout.

6. When checking out, start filling up your personal / business info; enter your shipping and billing address, payment information, and select your preferred shipping service. Ensure the shipping address matches exactly with the one used in your initial order.

8. Complete checkout!

Your upgrade will reprocess your initial order as if it were newly placed, ensuring it is fulfilled and shipped in accordance with our standard procedures.
